From New York To London
Goodbyes
~Kimberly's POV~
"Your moving to london?" said Nicole ever so softly.
"Yeah."
"You want us to help you pack?" asked Kyle. Out of everyone, he's been the most supportive of me moving. At first, it was good, but now i just think he wants me to leave.
"U-um, yeah-yeah please." i replied.
They all followed me upstairs to my room, and helped me pack. Once we finished, i had two large rolling suitcases, a backpack, and a carry on handbag. (that wasn't even half my closet) but, i will come back home. It was 2:32 when we finished packing everything, and everyone had to leave. i can't believe I'm leaving. I wanted to say goodbye to them all separately. First was Brianna. We went out to the pool again to be alone.
"Bri.."
"Kimmy"
"Remember when we met." i said with a smile remembering what seemed like so long ago.
"Yeah, i was mad cause you were elected president."she smiled
"I remember how being president then was the most important thing in the world for us." i said.
"Now what's the most important thing for you kim?" she looking at me and squinting her eyes because of the sun.
I thought for a while.. "Our friendship." It was true, I didn't wanted to lose our friendship, with any of these people.
She didn't say anything, she simply gave me a long hug, and left.
Next was Tony.
"Hey, Tony." i said as he walked outside to meet me.
"Hey"
"Ae you mad?" i asked, i never really hid anything from Tony. I felt like i could trust him with my life. We were always straight up with each other.
"No."he continued,"I just thought that- I don't know what i thought."
"Im sorry." i said
"No, don't be. I know that this is very important to you, I want you to do this. We all do."
"Then why are you sad?" i asked
"Because.. You're gonna leave me with these goofballs" he said pointing at the glass window smiling. I turned to see everyone staring at us and i couldn't help but smile at my friends. Tony stood up to give me a hug.
"Tony.." i said, still hugging him.
"yeah?" he replied.
"Promise me something.."
"Anything."
"Promise me you will take care them, all of them. And if something happens, you will call me right away." i said, knowing Tony is the most responsible one.
"I promise." he said, and soon left.
Next was Jake.
"Kim !" he said walking out. jake was always the funny one, always happy and joking around.
"Jake !" i replied
"Kim."
"yeah?"
"When are you coming back?" he asked seriously.
"I don't know." i said honestly
"I give you two months" he said
"What ?" i asked smiling, now looking at him.
"If you're not back in two months, ill go find you and bring you back."
"Okay." i said laughing.
We hugged and he left. But i was left wondering, if he was joking or not. I guess, ill find out in two months.
After him, was Melissa.
"Kimmy"
"Melly"
"Thank you."she said
"For leaving ?" i laughed
"No, for letting me in." she continued," If it wasn't for you, i wouldn't be here, i wouldn't have these amazing friends. High school would've been hell without you and i love you for that. I don't know what ill do once your gone."
"You know why i let you in and gave you a chance?" i started but didn't let her answer," Because in you i saw a fun girl, one that didn't like rules and wasn't afraid to break them. We've had so much fun partying together, and thats why i love you, because you have fun! You're going to do the same exact things you did in the past three years and have fun, promise ?"
"Of course."
I gave her one last hug, and she left. After her was Brandon.
"Whats up bro?"
"Nothing much, just found out my sister was moving."
"well, she is really sorry, but she doesn't want you to be mad or sad."
"Im a bit sad but really happy for her."
"Allison" i said
"huh?"
"take care of her" i said, i was really protective of her.
"I will" he said.
"Im serious Brandon, you know how hard it is for her right now with her parents and with me leaving. She really loves you and if you hurt her, i will kill you.She can't lose the both us... Promise me you will protect her, no matter what it takes." i said.
"I promise." he said, "I really love her too"
