Chapter Twenty-Nine
Clary's POV
It was the weekend before I go back to Cali for a whole month. I was so excited. However, Niall wasn't. He was all pouty whenever I saw him. I think he is a tad upset because I asked him to keep our relationship a secret. But the way I see it...is that if it is a secret it will be easier for me to break it off. I know how mean of me. But I have my whole future planned out and I was not about to stay tied down here in the UK. I've ranked my schools.

2 University of California-LA
3 University of Illinois
4 University of Wisconsin-Madison
Then university of Dublin (last resort)
Yep I already got letters saying that all the schools are interested. But NYU has to best program for what I want to do. So obviously that's going to be my top pick. Niall doesn't really know that I plan on leaving after this year. I hear knocking on my door. I run downstairs and open to see Niall wearing shorts and a tank top that exposed his muscular arms. "Hey babe." He grins at me and pulls me by my waist. We kiss. I pull away. "Niall I didn't know that you were coming over. You should've called."
"What I can't surprise my girl?" He comes into my house. He sees my suitcases and his grin instantly vanishes.
"Um Niall I have to finish--"
"Packing yea I see." This is why I liked being single.
"Its only for a month. Calm down. I'll be back before you know it! But I do need to finish..." I start to head up the stairs and he follows. I head to my closet and he sits down on my bed.
"But why a whole month?"
"Because I wanted to."
"Because we weren't dating before you planned this." I sigh and finish packing. I sit down next to him. I look at him. God he's like a sad puppy.
"Niall look at me. Its only a month. Then when I get back I'll go straight over to your place. We'll talk and text all the time." He looks at me with his blue eyes. Then he kisses me again. I tangle my hands in his hair. He leans me back on my bed then crawls on me. God this was...I don't really know. I just know that I loved it. He kisses his way to my neck then bites it. I gasp. "NIALL JAMES HORAN!"
Niall's POV
She yells at me then pushes me off of her. I can't help but smirk. She flies off the bed and goes to the bathroom. "You asshole! I am going to have a hickey now!"
Duh. I knew that. Hence why I did it. Then finally we can tell people we are dating. It bothered me that she didn't want people to know. I know that she wanted to spare Haz...but he is so cool about it. He pushed me to go for it.
"That was the point Clary. Come on why can't we just tell people! I don't like tiptoeing around our friends." She comes out and glares at me.
"Because Niall. It would be weird for Harry." I flop back on her bed. Then she does something I didn't expect. She straddled me and held my arms down. She smirked and started to kiss my jaw line. Then she went to my neck. She playfully bit on my neck. A moan escaped my lips. "You like that?" She whispered in my ear. God yes I did.
"Clarissa..." She smiled but continued anyways. She was leaving hickeys in return. I was helpless.
"Clary...baby please." I just wanted to touch her. She was now kissing my collarbone. God this girl was teasing me.
"Please what Niall?" She finally let go of my hands but only to take off me tank top. Then she started kissing down my chest. My hands were on her hips. Suddenly her phone buzzed. You have got to be kidding me. She looked and sighed.
"Hey mom. Yep I'm all packed. Oh...um hold on." She was still straddling me. She cover the mic with her hand. "Um...could you drive me to the airport tomorrow morning? My mom will be in Galway still..." Right I forgot her mom was being featured in an exhibit. That's why her mom has been gone most of this past week.
"I would love to...shit I might have to miss the gig then."
"Ohh...you don't have to. I can get a cab or something."
"No! I will drive you. Don't be stupid Clary." She frowned at me. "Clary I am your boyfriend...so I will do it. Got it? Don't feel bad." She sighs at goes back to her phone. Her mum knew about us. Because one time she walked in on Clary and I making out.
"Yea he said he could. Yep...I'll tell him. Love you too. Yep. See you in a month." She hung up and laid down next to me. I know it bothered her that her mum wasn't around a lot lately. But that just meant I got to hang out with her more. Even though most of that time was at the park practicing with everyone. Which meant no kissing or touching. Which sucked ass.
"Hey lets go see a movie?" She looked at me and smiled.
"Okay! What movie though?"
"Who said I would be watching the movie?" She slapped my chest. Then got up and went to her bathroom. I threw my tank top back on and waited for her.
Clary's POV
I was attempting to cover up the hickey Niall just gave me with makeup before we went out. Well that's as good as it will get. We drive to the movie theater and look at the movies. "What do you want to see baby?" His arm was around my waist. I leaned on his shoulder.
"I don't know...how about Iron Man 3?" He kisses my head and pays for our tickets. Out of the corner of my eye I spot Ellie and Louis. I elbow Niall.
"OW! What?" I point at Louis and Ellie in the popcorn line.
"Oh! Shit. Man I wanted popcorn."
"Niaaall. Do something!"
"What am I supposed to do? Come on lets just--" Then I heard Ellie's voice.
"CLARY!!! Omg I thought you left already!" I plastered a smile on my face and walked over. Niall followed.
"Nope. Don't leave until tomorrow morning."
"Oh! We should have a girls night!!! It will be so much fun!" I was going to spend the whole night with Niall...crap.
"I don't know I have to leave pretty early in the morning." That was a lie. My plane left at noon.
"No one will sleep over! It will just be a fun little night before you leave. Promise. We'll be gone by 10." She was smiling at me. I agreed and I was waiting for Niall to protest but he didn't. We both parted to go to our movies. As soon as we sat down Niall put his arm around me.
"Baby...I thought I had you all day..."
"I know. I know. But you have practice anyways. I mean its just until 10...you can come over right after practice." He sighed.
"Fine. But only because there is no arguing with you." I smile and kiss him on the cheek. Shockingly we watched to movie. Of course there was some making out. We went back to my place. Niall just dropped me off because he had to go to band practice.
"Have fun Niall. I'll see you soon." I kiss him on the lips. He pulls me closer. I feel his tongue swipe across my lower lip. I open my mouth for him. We break for air.
"Tell me when they are gone so I can finish what we started earlier." And with that he squeezed my butt and left. I was just smiling like an idiot. I go inside and start to get food ready for this girls night.
Niall's POV
I get to Haz's house and see that Louis is already there. That's surprising. "Hey guys! What songs--"
"Cut the shit Niall. What or should I say who are those from?" Louis is pointing at my neck. Haz looks at me too. Shit...I forgot about the hickeys. Clary is so going to pay for this later.
"Um...just some girl I met." Please lord let them buy that. They look at each other then back at me.
"Really? Did this dame have red hair?"
"I don't really remember..."
"So those aren't from Clary?"
"What? NO! Guys we are just good friends. Lets just drop it okay?" I sit down and look at them. They didn't say much after that. We practiced until Zayn got a call from Perrie to come pick her up from Clary's. Yes! That meant the party was breaking up.
"Well I got to go...see you all at the gig tomorrow."
"I don't know if I can make it. What time are we performing this week?" They all looked at me.
"Is this because of the dame who gave you those hickeys?" Louis questioned me. I suppose technically yes but they can't know.
"No. I just have to take Clary to the airport. Her flight is at noon and it takes like an hour and half to get there."
"Oh okay. We go on at 3. So you should be able to make it." Haz just smiled at me. I nodded and heading out with Zayn. I pull into my driveway and watch as Clary says goodbye to all the girls. Perrie goes with Zayn. Ellie and Lilly leave in Ellie's car. I jump out of my car and go run upstairs to get a shirt to change into for tomorrow. I peek out my window to make sure everyone was gone. I hate sneaking around my friends. I knock on her door and it swings open. Clary is just smiling at me.
"How was girls' night?"
"So much fun! They didn't even notice the hickey!"
"Lucky. I got questioned about yours!" I grabbed her and threw her over my shoulder. I started walking towards the couch when the door flew open. There stood Lilly gaping at us.
"OH MY GOSH!!! I KNEW IT! OMG HE GAVE YOU THAT GIANT HICKEY ON YOUR NECK DIDN'T HE?!" I set Clary down and she quickly runs over to Lilly. Lilly then notices my hickeys. "OH MY GOSH! YOU TWO ARE DATING BEHIND OUR BACKS!!!"
"Lilly shut up! No one can know do you hear me?" Lilly looks at Clary.
"But I don't--"
"Lilly you understand why. Just please don't say anything." Lilly huffed and then grabbed her sunglasses off the table. Then she left. I went over to Clary and wrapped my arms around her waist.
"Shh it will be okay. Lilly won't tell."
"Niall maybe this was a mistake..." No she can't be doing this to me. No it was not a mistake.
"NO. I just got you and I am not about to let you go." I spun her around and kissed her. She kissed back and her hands played with my hair.
"Lets go upstairs baby." She just nods and runs up the stairs to her room. I follow. It was kinda late and I know she had a long ass plane ride tomorrow. I got to her room and saw she was sitting on the bed.
"Niall. I just want to sleeep." She patted the bed. I smiled and kicked off my shoes and took off my jeans. I climbed next to her. She cuddled into me and I fell asleep with her in my arms.

So that's the end? They don't get back together and get married or have kids?!?!?!I'm very disappointed
