Just Another Fairy Tale

*Amanda's POV*


I stand in the middle of the hallway. Staring at Niall as he walks to his terminal. As he reaches it, I feel someone wrap an arm around my shoulder. I turn my head to see who it was and it was Greg. I send him a sly smile and I look back to where Niall was. He turned around while I was looking at Greg and he's yelling my name. I smile, on the verge of tears. I blow him a kiss and he pretends to catch it. I smile and he does too before turning and walking into the terminal. I let out a huge sigh.

"How long will he be gone?" I ask Greg who was still comforting me. Thankfully I still have a Horan with me. Greg is the next best thing.

"A while. Sorry, love." He replies.

"Yes, but how long?" I ask.

"I've been told 8 months." He says. I then look down.

"How come Niall didn't offer for me to come?" I ask.

"Simon told him girlfriends weren't allowed." Greg says. I felt a huge frown plastered on my face. Greg then lets go of me.

"You girls wanna get Chinese?" Greg asks.

"Then you can head back to campus." He says. I look over at Perrie and El and they were crying, being comforted by Felicity and Gemma. Everyone came here today. Except Zayn's mum and dad, Louis' and Liam. We were never told why.

"Sure." I say. Obviously they're not in the mood to talk and in all honesty I just want to be alone with Niall. We all walked out of the airport. El, Perrie and I were in Greg's car. Felicity and Charlotte were with Gemma. Phoebe and Daisy were with Doniya, Waliyah and Safaa. and Anne was with, well alone. Greg told me it would just be us 4 getting Chinese. So I was okay, I wasn't in the mood to be around a large group of people. In the car, Perrie was in the front with Greg and El was at the back with me. It was silent. Except for the running engine. Just then, my phone buzzed, signaling that I was getting a call. I took out my phone and to my luck, it was Niall's caller ID. Course, I picked it up.

"Hey, baby!" I say.

"I miss you so much!" I gasp.

"Babe, it's been 5 minutes." Niall chuckles on the other end.

"Longest 5 minutes of my life.." I sigh. I hear him chuckle again.

"Yeah same." He agree's.

"So what are you doing?" I ask.

"Looking through the list of movies they have." He tells me.

"It's not even that long of a flight. 2 hours the most." I say.

"Well it's either I watch a movie or I talk to you the rest of the flight. Your choice." He says.

"Watch a movie, we're getting Chinese with Greg." I say.

"Aw! No fair! There's no good food here. Goodness." Niall whines. I laugh.

"Can I tell you a secret?" He asks.

"Course." I say. I wonder if he's being serious or just joking with me.

"I want to hold you close right now. Cuddle with you. Make you feel a way only I can make you feel. Make you feel important, cause you are. Kiss your neck, shoulder, ears and kiss your lips slowly and passionately. But guess what, I can't cause you broke up with me. By the way, I am frowning right now." Niall says, softly. I smile, the feeling of butterflies in my stomach just like the ones I would get when we first met.

"I can't promise you this will work but if-" I start.

"YES YES YES!" Niall practically shouts.

"I really love you. So much. To death. That doesn't even describe how much I love you. I will say it a billion times and it won't even describe how much I love you. and I know you love me just as much as I love you. Though I love you more. But if we really do love each other then we can make a long distance relationship work." He says. Butterflies. Everywhere.

"I've tried long distance relationships before and they never worked." I say, not knowing how to reply.

"Did you even love them?" He asks.

"No." I say almost instantly.

"Then you can't compare your past to what we have now." He says.

"It's funny, you're so wise when you need to be." I laugh.

"Ha, I guess so. Like Louis." Niall chuckles.

"Girls, we're here!" Greg says.

"Amanda, tell Greg I say 'hi' okie, baby? Enjoy you're Chinese" Niall laughs.

"Okay. I love you so much! Have a safe flight." I say as I unbuckle my seatbelt.

"I love you more, baby. Byee!" Niall says. Soon the line goes dead. I take a deep breath and step out of the car. Greg and Perrie were ahead and they were laughing their heads off for some reason. El and I were just a bit behind.

"You and Niall are adorable." El smiles.

"Thank you, even though you are the hundreth person to say that." I laugh along with Ellie.

"But El, you and Lou are the cutest!" I say as we approach the building.

"That's sweet. Thank you. I hope Simon will give Niall time to come here in time for the baby." She says. I thank Greg who was holding the door open and step inside. Thinking about what our baby would look like.

"I think baby Namanda would be the most adorable baby ever!" Perrie gasps, catching up on our conversation.

"Wow, talking about Ams baby already, ey?" Greg nudges me. I laugh. We were then giving a table.

"Hmm. What should we name it?" I ask.

"If it's a girl, definately April." Greg says.

"And where did that name come from?" I ask.

"If my baby was a girl, that's what we would name it." He says.

"Where is Destiny and Theo anyway?" I ask.

"They stayed home. Poor baby has a fever." Greg sighs.

"What if it's a boy?" I ask.

"Kevin!" Eleanour pops up.

"I like the name Kyle." Perrie says.

"There's already someone in our family named Kevin. April and Kyle it is." I say just as our waitress comes to our table.

*Campus*

"Thanks again, Greg!" Eleanour perks up. We all thank him then head inside. I ignore all greetings from other students. I walk up the stairs, then to my dorms with Eleanor and Perrie at my heels. As I get to my dorm, I remember, Tiffany didn't come along. Why? I unlock the door and open it.

"Tiffany!?" I call out.

"Go away.." She sniffs from under her covers.

"Tiff..." I sigh. I close the door and lock it, then walk deeper into the dorm.

"What happened?" I ask. She sticks her arm out from under th covers and in her hand was a note. I grab it and I start reading, hoping it wasn't a breakup note.

I know your in school right now so I'm not going to ask you to leave.
But your father has disappeared. I'm not sure if if you've seen the new on tv.
Don't be afraid baby, we will find it. I just needed you to know. Stay safe. xx
~Mum.

"Tiff, please.." I sigh.

"Leave me alone! I told you already to leave me alone! Shut up will you! You're voice is annoying and so are you! You keep talking and talking! Can you not see I wanna be alone!? How can Niall even stand you!? You're a mess for gods sake! Now fuck off and leave me alone!" Tiffany jumps at me. I walk backwards until my back hits the wall. She crawls back into her bed and I feel my knee's shaking. They give out, and I fall to the ground. I lay on the ground. Cold and alone. I wish Niall was here.
