Harry dropped me off at my house. I thanked him for a great night. Never thought I'd say that to him but I really meant it. I promise him I'd clean his shirt and give it back to him soon. But to be honest I didn't want to, his shirt smells of him and it's so soft. I didn't want to give it up! I walked into the house and was greeted by Mr. and Mrs. Ribbons. Looks like they're back from their vacation. They told me all about it. They had fun with their friends going on a yacht and snorkeling. They always go on amazing and elegant trips. I made my way upstairs and passed Juliet on the way.
"Harry and Riley siting in a tree K-I-S-S…" I hit her in the arm before she could finish the song.

"Ouch that hurt Riley!"

"Serves you right I didn't kiss him and it won't happen.

" "Psh don't lie to yourself."

"Whatever," I rolled my eyes at her. I've been rolling them a lot lately. I have perfected the art of eye rolling.
I changed into a swim suit and put a a cover up. I have babysitting to do today. I watch a couples kids and they live on a private beach. I actually landed the job by being their neighbors. The Ribbons own a beach house next to them. Since I've been living with the Ribbons we go to the beach house a lot during the summer. I played with their kids one day and they asked me to watch them from time to time. -

"Go Mason! Go Noah!" Mason is nine years old. He has short blonde hair with the bluest eyes ever. Noah is his younger sister who's six. She has learned how to swim this past summer and has caught on quickly. Noah has long blonde hair with her father's eyes which happen to be green. We were in the shallow ends. I was behind them helping them figure out when to catch a wave. After being in the ocean for a good hour we decided to go in for lunch. Noah was drained so I tucked her in for a nap. Mason was still hyped up so I played video games with him. We were interrupted thirty minutes later by the front door opening. Their parents' have returned from work.

They thanked me for my help and paid me. I walked out and made my way to the Ribbons beach house. I sat on the patio that looks out toward the ocean. I thought for a good twenty minutes about what Harry said. I picked up my phone and called Juliet. "Hey girl how's watching the kids?"

"It was good." I hear a bunch of people talking in the background. "Who're you with?"

"The gang. They're over to play on the wii because Nial broke his xbox."

"I didn't break it!" I laughed at Nial in the background.

"Hey Juliet. I think I'm going to surf today."

"What!? You're going to surf!?" I couldn't hear anyone in the background. I did't want everyone to know I surfed.

"Why do you have to talk so loud? And yes I am."

"I'm so proud of you! You're going to shred some."

"Please don't talk like that."

"Whatever just have fun." I hung up on her. I went into the garage and chose a board to surf on. I strapped my ankle onto the string and made my way to the water. Gosh I'm really doing this. Here goes nothing. I started paddling out.

Harry POV

"Guys Riley's surfing!" Juliet screamed.

Whoa. I can't believe she's doing this. I'm so proud of my Riley for doing this. I smiled at the thought of her catching a wave. I wish I could see her.

"I didn't know Riley surfed," Perrie said.

"Well she stopped because of the death of her parents."

"Lets go watch her!"

"I don't know about that Lou."

Instead of listening to Juliet we all got up form a seats and walked out of the house to our cars. There was no way I was going to miss this.

We walked through Juliet's beach house out to the beach. We all came in our suits wanting to get a dip in as well. We watched the water trying to find Riley.

"Holy shit!" We all turned our heads to see where Louis was looking.

Riley is incredible! We all started cheering and chanting her name. I didn't think Riley was this good. We all looked at her in awe. She came out of he water flipping her hair. God damn. The water glistening down her body makes her look gorgeous. She walked over to us with her board in her hand.

"What are you guys doing here?" with some annoyance to her voice.

"We wanted to watch you surf girl!" Perrie was squealing she was so excited.

"You're an awesome surfer Riley."

"Thanks Zayn."

"Do you think you could teach us?" Liam asked.

She was hesitant to respond but she said yes. We all grabbed a board and swam out to the ocean. Zayn isn't the best swimmer so him and Perrie stayed in the shallow ends having a water fight. Eleanor, being the girl that she is, said she'd rather be tanning. It's just Liam, Nial, Louis, Riley and I out here in the water.

"Eww! Something touched me!"

"Nial you're such a girl," Liam, Louis and I said in unison.

"So Riley why are you wearing a one piece? Most girls wear bikinis."

"Louis you're trying to surf, not trying to make a girl feel uncomfortable." She laughed. "We'll pick this up later since you guys are getting distracted.

We started paddling back and I looked behind me to find Riley sitting on her board watching the sun set. She looked so beautiful. Today she looked so happy to be up on the boar again. Riley was totally in her element. I dove underwater, got under her board and flipped her over. I could hear her scream from below. "Harry Styles why did you do that!"

"I told you I was going to get you back for pulling my hairs."

"Ugh. This isn't over." She looks so cute when she's angry. I splashed her which made her face scrunch up.

"I'm surfing back you dweeb!"

Juliet POV

We're all cuddling up with our boyfriends outside making smor'es. Well all except Nial, Harry, and Riley. Well Nial is scarfing down the food so I'll just say his girlfriend is food. Harry and Riley would be so perfect together. I can tell that Harry really cares. He's been secretly texting me asking about Riley's interests and all. He's a bit shy and embarrassed to ask her things himself. He's totally heads over heels for her. And I know Riley likes him. She's so easy to read. She hasn't admitted to liking Harry yet but it's going to come out soon.

"So RIley, you never did tell me why you don't wear a two piece." Eleanor hit Louis on the chest making him grunt. "Lou! You don't ask people questions like that."

"Well, I just feel more comfortable and myself wearing a one piece. I don't really like to be revealing. Plus I go to church and I can't show tons of skin so I just by conservative clothing. I don't want to be judged by what minimum clothing I wear."

I love how strong headed Riley is. She knows exactly who she is and I admire her because of that. Riley and I aren't best friends, we're sisters. I'm so glad God brought us together. My life would be completely boring without her. "There's nothing wrong with wearing a one piece. In fact I have that same suit but in white." I stood up for my sister.
We do it all the time when people make us feel weird. And I know Riley feels awkward with this conversation so I changed the subject

"So girly. You're birthday is next week. What do you want!?"

"Riley! Why didn't you tell us your birthday is coming up?" Perrie asked.

"Well I didn't think anyone would really care, plus I have no idea what I want. I don't need much."

"Riley don't think that. We all care for you so much. We wouldn't miss your birthday for the world!" Zayn said with enthusiasm.

Riley looked down at her lap blushing. It's crazy to think that my friends are now her really good friends. Riley would have never associated herself with these people, until I forced her to go to that one party. We're all so close, it's the greatest thing ever!

"I can't do anything for my birthday because I'm watching the kids here."

"Well after you're done babysitting we'll have a mini party here, with just us. Riley you're turning 18! We have to celebrate that." Harry said. They way he was looking at her was like no other. He had true compassion for her. Harry has never acted this way towards a girl.

Harry and I both looked at each other and smiled. We both knew what we were thinking. This birthday was going to be the best one yet.
