~Liam's POV~

I could hear the lads and simon bickering downstairs as I shut the door to my bedroom, staring intently at the sleeping beauty in my bed. She had the covers drawn tight around her and up to her chin, outlining her body which was curled up into a ball. Slowly making my way over to her I couldn't help but think of how much she means to me. The short time I have know her, she has gotten me wrapped around her little finger. She's gotten close to the boys too.

Before re she started uni I was either at hers or she was at mine. Zayn was with us quite a bit more than the rest of the lads, but they've all grown really close. But now as she's sleeping in my bed, her vulnerability shows through her confident act. She kept avoiding some of my questions about her childhood and father whenever we were talking and trying to get to know each other better. Now I know she wasn't telling me something. And whatever this something may be it's coming back to haunt her.

I want to protect her so bad, I want to take all these feelings away from her, to make her happy. But I need to know what happened to her in order to do that.

climbing into my bed next to my sweet, sweet angel, wrapping my arms around her, I promise myself that. I will find out and I will help her through this. Together.

~Ali's POV~

I woke up with the sun shining through the large window, igniting the white wass on fire with fiery orange colors. I felt arms wrapped around me pulling me tight into someone's chest. I glance up and I see that it is Liam, his mouth slightly agape and soft snores escaping his lips. He was so cute. I admit it. I was falling for Liam Payne. But I sure as he'll wasn't going to tell anyone because I wasn't sure if he felt the same.

I was still exhausted from the events did the day before. I can't believe that he found me. Now he's endangering my friends. If he really did get to mom like the note said then I don't know what will happen to her. Or what is happening to Connor, my brother. He's only seven, he can't watch after himself!

there was no way I was letting my friends get hurt. I know I needed to tell them, I'm just so scared. What will they think of me? what if they hate me? I'll tell liam. Then he can tell the other lads if he feels like it. He deserves to know.

I felt him stirring from his slumber as I watched his eyes flicker open, his deep brown eyes glinting down at me, his soft looking lips turned up into a smile. But, as soon as he saw my expression it slowly faded from his face. We both sat up and he took me into his arms, giving me a huge hug, tucking his face into the crook of my next, rubbing circles into my back.

i never wanted to move. He made me feel safe and special. He was so comforting, and supportive, and amazing. But I know what I need to do. Pulling away slightly i whispered to him.

"We need to talk..."

Hey my lovelies!
how are all you today? I updated again cause I'm just laying in bed. I was at work all day today at the barn, it was cold and wet. But we are expecting foals any day now!! I can't wait for baby horses to be running around!! YAY!
