Does he know?

HARRY P.O.V

I kept nodding and nodding while Mr. Bolt kept talking and talking. For how long could this man talk? It was unbelievable!

”And Harry my kid?”

”Yes mister Bolt?”

”I’ve ordered pizza for you guys. And behave yourself young man. Now excuse me we’re heading to the town. Call us if you need anything and i’ll see you guys tomorrow morning”

”Sounds great - and you don’t have to worry Bolt, i’m the man in this house!” I joked and instantly closed the door. Finally he stopped talking.

Now it was only about me and Annabelle.

I walked towards the living room and saw her lying on the couch. ”Great you’re willing to sleep there huh?” I joked

”No of course i’m not. This is all yours Harry” she smiled. Honestly I did find it very attractive that she was laying there all comfy.

”Well you seem to be pretty comfortable there. I will not ruin that for you missy, you can have to couch for yourself” I laughed

”Harry?.. I’m NOT sleeping here” she said and pushed me while she stuck her tongue out.

”You totally are. I’m forcing you” I said sticking my out too. ”Keep dreaming” she once again pushed me but I was fast enough to catch her arms. We suddenly fell on the floor. Laughing or butts off we didn’t even realize that we were lying on top of each other – awkward!

I smiled and turned our bodies. Now I was on top of her. I held her arms to the ground but she just once again stuck her tongue of – totally teasing me. I held her arms even tighter.

”Who is going to sleep on the couch?” I asked playfully.

”You of course idiot” she answered sarcastically. She wasn’t going to surrender!

”Tell me again? I think I heard the wrong answer”

”Harry I’m not giving up” she laughed even harder now.

”You have to. Surrender, now!" I said with a funny voice I almost sounded like some creep from a horror movie.

”Or else?” she said while she tried to escape from my tight grasp.

”Or else I’ll make you beg” I slowly whispered in her ear. Her expression changed and in that moment I knew I had here exactly where I wanted... Then the bell rang – typically.
”You’re lucky, you’re getting away with it for now” I said and once again ran to open the door.

” I guess I’m winning” she yelled behind my back and laughed loudly. Probably just to make fun or tease me even more.

Apparently Bolt had already paid for the pizza – I didn’t complain though! Once we’ve filled ourselves with amounts of calories, we both got tired. Annabelle had taken over the bathroom and was busy brushing her teeth.

”Don’t get distracted” I joked as I entered the bathroom. I had no t-shirt on and my hair was messy, I knew she loved it but I kept it cool just like she did.

”You’re so funny today Styles” she ironically answered and spit out the toothpaste.

Somehow in between all the old drama and stuff that was going on, we behaved like nothing had changed like nothing had happened.

She spit the water of her mouth , put on some cream and left me alone in the bathroom. I finished my business and then it hit me out of nowhere – we hadn't decided who was going to sleep on the couch. I knew it would be weird to ask if I could sleep in the same room as her at the same time it was awkward sleeping on the couch like I was some stranger, but if that was her wish, I was more than happy to make it come true.

”Ann?”

”ANN?"


”ANNABELLE”?

”Out here” it sounded from the other side of the house.

She stood outside on the balcony. It was freezing cold; this girl was out of her mind. ”What is wrong with you, it’s so cold out here” I complained.

”Look at the moon how it shines. It’s so beautiful”

I looked up and there was no chance that I was going to say otherwise. The moon was shining like a shooting star.

”You’re right. It’s like a shining star lighting up this dark place with its reflection” I said as I hugged her from behind. I laid my head on top of hers- another reason why I loved her for being short – and hugged her tightly to make sure she wasn’t freezing as much as I was.
”I didn’t know it was so beautiful here it’s way better than being in Stockholm. Look at the beautiful mountains; I really wanna try skiing here”.

”You know what’s even more beautiful, Annabelle?”

”What?”

”You”I whispered in her ear causing her to cover it with her hand. Pf, like I didnt know her tender spot.

”You know what? It’s getting cold let’s go inside again” – she totally ignored my comment. Fine two could play her game; at least she knew how I felt about her.



”So you really want me to sleep here?” I said as I gave her my best version of my puppy eyes. She didn’t bought it at all instead she handed me a blanket.

”Here this will keep you warm” she smiled. Ugh I couldnt believe I was losing this.

”You can keep me warm?” I smiled big and hugged her but she refused to hug me back. ” I always get what I want Styles ” she said sounded totally confident but I read her like an open book. Of course she wanted me next to her, she was just playing hard to get!

”Yeah right” I said to myself as she walked towards the bedroom and I made me couch comfortable – at least i tried to. It was way too small for my long legs but I decided to suck it up like a man and hopefully she would change her mind by tomorrow.

”You literally look like a bloated puppy” she laughed with her hands crossed in the door to the bedroom.

”Well I feel like the fattest gorilla on earth. Will you please turn off the lights before you go to bed?” I asked.

”Of couse. Godnight Harry” she said and turned them off.

”Good night”.


I laid on the couch thinking about tomorrow. I was excited. But another thought kept haunting me. How was I ended in this situation? How did I and Ann went from being inseparable to now sleeping in separate rooms. IN THE SAME HOUSE? I started fearing that we would never get back together.. No… I couldn’t think of that. I needed to wait. Time heals everything right?

But stil.. I was laying here like a morron instead of laying with my girl. Was she getting over me already since she didn’t want to sleep in the same room ? I sure was confused ..


And suddenly.. It was like my prayers were heard.

The lights got on again.


“Harry?” It sounded from the other room. I almost got shocked as I saw Annabelle standing at the door.

“Mmh yeas?” I mumbled, I was in between half sleeping half-awake as I looked confusingly at her.

“Do you wanna join me?”

Oh yes..

“You don’t like sleeping alone?" I asked just to show her I wasnt that desperate..

“No no, it's just that I don’t like you being in this position- of course i'll rather have you next to me instead of you sleeping there like a homeless man.”

“Well I did feel unwanted” I admitted as I walked to her.

She met me with a smile and hugged me. “ Of course you’re not unwanted idiot”.

“Nice to hear. Tomorrow you’ll sleep on the balcony” I joked as I jumped into bed.

“Quite comfy no wonder you want to sleep here” I said as I snuggled myself close to her.

“Especially when you’re in it “ she smiled and covered us with the blanket.

“Guess I'M the one who always get what I want” I teased as peacefully placed my head on her shoulder.

“Shut up you fool, she laughed and turned off the lights.
“Thanks for wanting me here bigger fool, goodnight” I said.
“Night Harry” she said, before I knew it she was asleep.

And it seemed like the score was 1-0! TOUCHDOOOWN !
