Niall Horan (hybrid)

I woke up in a unfamiliar room with plain white walls and the smell of antiseptic filled the room, I looked over to my left to see Liam and Zayn sleeping in the two chairs next to my bed whilst Niall and Harry were missing.

They both got out right? I mean Harry was with me and then we got to the lobby and I got shot Harry didn’t get shot or took away did he and Niall did Harry get Niall, wait how did I end up here? What happened after I was shot?

“Lou your awake” Zayn said happily

“Hey Zayn” I said wincing at how dry and rough my throat felt.

“here” Zayn said passing me a small cup of water I took the cup and drank it almost instantly and felt better.

“hey Lou” Liam said.

“Hey Li where’s Niall and Harry?” I asked.

“they’re both here getting check ups, cleaned up and x rays to make sure that nothings broken” Zayn said.

“so what happened after I was shot?” I asked.

“you were rushed here you have 1 fractured rib, stitches in your shoulder, your leg had stitches took out and replaced and you in general have a lot of cuts and a few new scars” Zayn said.

“no wonder everything hurst” I said gripping my head but instantly wincing at my shoulder , I ran my hand through my hair with the arm that hadn’t been shot realizing my ears were out “shit my ears!” I shouted.

“Lou don’t worry only Simon and the paramedics and police saw them no one is saying a word Simon payed them so no no one will know.” Liam said.

“what about Harry and Niall?” I asked.

“same goes for Niall” Zayn said.

“ok but have you seen Harry?” I asked.

“like I said he’s in the hospital, but we haven’t had the chance to see either of them” Liam said.

“oh… ok” I said.

“why?” Zayn asked.

“well…you… doesn’t matter” I said a few minutes of silence passed and the door opened and Niall and Harry walked in but Harry avoided eye contact with anyone.

“are you two ok?” Liam asked.

“yeah apart from a few cuts and stuff like that and my knee is still the way it was and Harry has a broken foot” Niall said.

“how have you broke your foot?” I asked.

“people are known to break things and not realize” Harry said, I went to get up but my ribs were hurting so Niall put a hand on my shoulder making me shout in pain as his hand touched the stitches.

“his shoulder Ni” Lim scholded.

“sorry Lou” Niall said.

“Harry your eyes!” Zayn said pointing to Harry’s eyes. Harry quickly turned away and faced away from everyone.

“what was wrong with his eyes?” Liam asked.

“they are glowing bright green” Zayn said Liam got up from his chair and grabbed Harry’s chin to pull his head to look at him.

“oh my god, Harry what happened?” Liam asked calmly. Harry looked panicked so he got up out of his chair to leave.

“Harry!” I said. “don’t leave sit down” I demanded, he hesitated but sat back down.

“look Harry don’t worry about your eyes, look in this room now and what do you see two human hybrids one has ears and a tail the other has ears, tail and claws so your not the freak in here yeah your eyes are glowing green but they’re just brighter than before” I said.

“but they glow!” Harry said.

“so what I have eairs, tail and claws I am covered in scars that no matter how much I try to cover them they will still be there and will still be seen and unlike these scars your eyes are really nice, ok yeah they glow so what they are like before apart from they’re brighter.” I said.

“since when have you been good at speeches?” Zayn said.

“hahaha” I said sarcastically “well when my friends need help I become the best at speeches” I said.

“your so full of yourself” Liam said laughing.

It’s called being sarcastic mate” I said.

“how will I hide them I mean they’re completely un normal?” Harry asked.

“Liam Zayn can you two pop out to a costume shop to get some green contacts?” I asked.

“sure we’ll be back soon”Liam said both Liam and Zayn walked out of the room and Harry took the seat that Liam was sitting in.

“Ni, Lou I’m scared” Harry said.

“why?” Niall and I asked.

“I’ve been having pains since I had that injection the pains have usually been in my head or my back and they won’t go away and they’re getting worse” Harry said.

“calm down” I said rubbing his back to try and comfort him and to try and ease some of the pain.

“Lou I think I know what it is” Niall said.

“What is it?” Harry asked.

“he might be becoming a hybrid” Niall said.
