I woke up & I sat up on the bed looking at the time. I checked my phone. I was thankful when I saw no new messages, that hopefully means Matthew & Olivia are okay. Suddenly a wave of reality slapped me in the face like a freaking tsunami. Niall & Kiera are fighting. I knew but it just hit me. My best friend & my wife's best friend, my two best friends, the two sole mates, fighting.
I want to scream & cry. 'Lou, your the man of the house.' I reminded myself.
I dragged myself out of bed & went into the living room to see Amie sat with the two dogs on her lap stroking them & talking to them like they were her children. They are like her children. I stood in the doorway admiring the sight.
"Lou, Why are you crying?" Amie asked with a worried look on her face. I hadn't even realised I was crying until she asked.
She stood up & walked over to me wrapping her arms around my neck. I wrapped my arms around her waist & pulled her close sobbing into her neck. She comforted me by stroking my hair.
"They are my best friends" I sobbed.
"I know babe, they will sort it out they have been through worse." She assured me. I know she was right.
I pulled away & walked into the kitchen to make some tea. I got out my phone & decided to call Matthew.
*ring*
"Hello?" Matthew greeted down the phone.
"Hey, are you okay?" I asked hoping he would catch on.
"Yeah I'm just about to leave to go to Emma's house"
"Oh, okay. What about Liv?"
"Urm I don't know?"
"Tell your mum Ames would like to have Liv & your mum over today & I will go round there."
"Okay I'll tell her now."
...
"She said yeah she will be there in an hour or so."
"Okay. Are your mum & dad being nice to each other or are they ignoring each other.?"
"Well they are acting weird."
"Okay, I have to go I will see you later."
"Bye."
"Bye!"
*beep*

I continued to drink my tea as I walked back into the living room. I leant against the door frame watching the tv. Amie had both the now sleeping dogs on her lap, stroking them with each hand.
I walked over to the sofa & sat next to Amie, I pulled her to lay with her head on my lap as the dogs jumped off. I kissed her soft lips slowly.
Once my lips had left hers I hugged her & continued to watch the tv with her.
"Babe..." I started.
"Yeah babe?" She answered snuggling closer to me.
"Kiera is coming over late & I'm going to spend the day with Nialler."
"Okay babe, You going to find out what happened between the two of them?"
"Yeah... Just don't bring up that Matthew told us, just ask how they are doing & that?"
"Yeah Okay babe."
I planted another soft kiss on her lips & she stood up to get dressed.

*Amies P.O.V*

Louis had just left to go to see Niall, I was expecting Kiera & Livy any second, I was sat on the sofa in my everyday position with the dogs on my lap watching the Tv.
Minuets after Louis had left I heard a knock at the door. I stood up & opened it to see Olivia & Kiera stood outside. I scooped Olivia into my arms & kissed her neck rapidly causing her to burst out into laughter.
I put her down & she ran inside to see the dogs. I gave Kiera a long hug & she hugged me back. She seemed sad & i know why.
"Come in." I told her & she walked in & sat on the sofa. I sat down next to her & crossed my legs to face her.
"What's wrong? You don't look happy?" I asked casually. I was remembering what Louis had said about not telling her that I know.
"Nothing." Kiera asked plainly.
"Babe, I have known you for ages, you can't lie to me." I stated confidently.
"It's just..." She started but then stooped & looked at her fingers.
"It's just what?" I asked.
"Me & Niall are fighting." She answered & started to cry. I rubbed her arm in comfort.
I didn't know what to say. I was shocked that she told me the truth. I can't believe its true.
"Why?" Was the only word I could manage to get out.
"Because..."

**Just before Louis left the house**
*Louis P.O.V*

"Call me when you are on our way home.." Amie told me.
"I will babe, Love You!" I said opening the door & kissing her cheek.
"Love You!" She called after me.
I walked down the stairs & to the car. I climbed in & started to drive.
All I could think about was if it was true & why it was happening. They have been trough so many problems in there relationship. Why them though? They are 2 of the nicest people i have ever met what could they possibly be fighting about?
I was questioning myself the whole drive there. It wasn't a long drive but it was long enough.
I climbed out of the car, my thoughts still wild & walked up to the front door.
I knocked & shoved ,my hands in my pockets.
Niall opened the door & shocked me when I saw the red marks & tear stains under his eyes.
"Whats wrong?" I asked looking at him in shock.
"Kiera & I are fighting." He whispered hoping i wouldn't here him.
