*Two weeks later*

Macy's POV

We were extremely nervous for today. It was my first check up, and we would get to hear the babies heartbeat today. I'm still surprised Tom hasn't tried to force me back home! But you know, I'm not really sure if I blame him completely. I mean the only time he has ever hit me was if he was drunk, and being honest, I kind of miss him.


Toms POV
I think today's the day. I have to talk to her today. I really need to get this all off my chest, because it has been driving me insane. I think I will head over to Horan's house before too long.

Macy's POV
"Ni are you about ready!?" I asked, Running to our room. "Hurry up! We have to leave soon!"
"I just have to make sure I look fine!" He gushed, running to the mirror.
"God Niall you sound like a girl getting ready!" I said while laughing. He started to fake pouting and grabbed the keys.
"Okay let's go!" He shouted, running out of the house, leaving me walking behind him still giggling.

As we got in the vehicle, and started to pull out, another car pulled up to the house. The windows were tinted so we couldn't see who it was. "Hm I wonder who that was." Niall mumbled, as we pulled out down the street. "Oh well. Whoever it is the boys will handle it."

"Macy Brooks? The doctor will see you now." A nurse called, leading me into a room. They had me pull up my shirt, and applied the ultrasound gel.

"So it looks like the baby is healthy! And if you listen it's heartbeat sound good too!" The doctor said, congratulating us. I felt Niall squeeze my hand, and looking over I saw he was in tears.

"This is our baby" he whispered. Giving him a light squeeze back, I snaked at him.
"I love you Ni"
"I love you too"

Niall's POV
"Ni can we get ice cream??" Macy begged.
"Sure why not" I replies sticking my tongue out at her. I was still ecstatic from hearing my babies heartbeat. Our baby.

As we made it back home we noticed the car was still here. I was walking behind Macy, with my hands on her hips. As we walked in the door and headed to the living room Macy stopped dead in her tracks, and dropped her ice cream. Her eyes were huge, and as the person stood up, I pushed her behind me, trying to keep her safe.

"What the hell are you doing here Tom?" I growled, taking a step towards him. The boys just looked confused. Maybe we should have told them about Tom.

"I just want to talk to Macy. You can stay with her, but I have to talk to her."

"Then sit down. You aren't getting near her."

"ok." He said. "I don't know where to start, so here I go. I'm sorry. I'm sorry for any time I've laid a hand on you, I'm sorry for any hurtful thing I've ever said. Macy, your all the family I have left. No cousins, nieces or nephews, no parents, and one sister. I don't want to loose that. And I haven't touched alcohol one time since that day at the store. Macy I miss you. I'm so so sorry."
Macy was silent. I could feel her shaking. "I'm not going to be your only family." She whispered.
"What do you mean?"
"I-I'm pregnant, Tom." His mouth hung agape and he was the silent one now. He stood up and walked towards her, and reached out to her, causing her to flinch away. I grabbed his arm and shoved it away.
"Ok Tom you've talked. I think that's enough for today. You should go" I warned. He just looked at me, nodded his head, and walked out. As soon as he closed the door she broke down crying. Hugging her tight I murmured "it's alright. He's gone now. It's going to be ok. As I started stroking her hair, and took her to our room. "I love you Macy. I won't let him make you do anything you don't want to" I promised, and she nodded her head.
"I love you too Ni"
