flashback-part 1

Mary wiped the tears that were flowing down her cheeks as she thought about that night again. She could give up anything to turn back the time and stop it all from happening. Once again the whole incident came infront of her eyes.
*flash back*
Mary hugged Harry tight, never letting go of him as she was afraid of everything at that time. She thought it might b just a dream which would finish once she woke up. Harry strongly held her back, whispering words in her ear which might make her feel better.
As Zayn approached Mary he looked at her messed up scared face. He knew she might be going through a lot and decided to stay silent.
While all this was going on, William managed to grab a gun and shoot a bullet out of it. Right then, a gunshot was heard and a body fell on the ground and everyone's jaw dropped when Harry's hands lost the grip of Mary's waist and his body fell in a pool of blood. A bullet which was originally meant for Mary was right now in harry's skull.
Mary couldn't breathe. With every passing second, she felt emptier and emptier. She didn't know if Harry would live or die.
“Perrie! call an ambulance! God where the fuck is the police Niall? Call the police now!” Zayn screamed.
A tear escaped from Mary's eyes as she sat in the pool of blood, holding Harry, trying to wake him up. Zayn came ad sat next to Mary as he tried to wake Harry up and sweared under his breath when he realised the amount of blood Harry had lost was a lot.
Soon the police and ambulance came. Zayn asked Mary to go with Harry and others to reach the hospital where he would catchup with them once he was done talking to the police.
Zayn told everything he had witnessed and the police noted it down. The smith brothers were taken to jail and their punishment was soon to be decided.
Mary, on the other hand, never left Harry's side and kept praying for his dear life. She couldn't lose the most precious thing of her life. She wished that she would've ben hit by the bullet.
As they approached the hospital, Harry was taken away to the operation theater by a bunch of doctors while Mary cried due to the pain she felt right now. she considered it her fault. Perrie and Zarnab hugged her and tried to calm her down which resulted in only her crying even harder.

After 5 hours of surgery, the doctors finally came out.
